After You Create Your Pinterest Business Page

There are many things to do next. First, go to your settings and enter something in the ‘about you’ section. However, don’t just write anything. Use keywords. Tell people what your blog is about. For example, mine says “money saving tips, health & fitness, and bible study tools”. If someone typed ‘money saving tips’ into the search bar, there’s a chance my profile may pop up.

(Don’t forget to claim your website on Pinterest.)

Next, add a nice picture of yourself or your logo. This will promote more people to follow you.

What is your blog niche about? Create Pinterest boards around these subjects and begin to pin other bloggers’ pins to them. By beginning to pin content like your own, you’ll attract your target audience to follow your page. Once you start pinning your own creations, these people will be more likely to click onto your website. Read more

What is a domain authority?

Domain authority is how well you rank on common search engines, like Google. When you type something into Google’s search bar, it pulls up websites it believes will answer your search. High ranking websites will appear first. Low ranking websites usually get buried in the never ending pages of Google.

You certainly don’t want to remain a low ranking website if you plan on being successful in blogging.

How do I check what my domain authority is?

There’s a website that allows you to check what your current domain authority is. Here’s the link to it: (https://smallseotools.com/domain-authority-checker). Once you get there, copy and paste your homepage URL and click ‘Check Authority’. Read more

1. Use consistent picture sizes.

I so wish someone would’ve told me this when I first started. I had three different sized images on my home page. Talk about embarrassing! Now, I use 800 x 500 photos for my featured images and any horizontal photos. I use 600 x 900 for vertical images and my Pinterest pins. You can use those sizes if you want, as long as they are always the same size.

The way I do this is with Canva. If you head over to Canva.com, you can click on custom dimension in the top right corner.

Ultimate Guide For Shopping At Walmart From An Associate

Walmart has always been one of my favorite stores to shop at. Did you know there are 5,358 different Walmart locations in the world? [1] So many people choose Walmart because they have such low prices (even lower than Dollar Tree’s). It’s one of those places that carries pretty much everything you need so you only have to make one stop before going back home.

When I got to the phone call that they wanted to interview me, I was completely stoked! Working at Walmart has been wonderful and I’ve gotten some great deals because of it. I’ve learned many tips for shopping by being an associate and I’m so excited to share them with you!

Download The Walmart App

I can’t go into this list of tips without mentioning the Walmart App. I will never shop without the Walmart App again! There are so many useful functions on it. I’m always surprised when I tell a customer about it and they refuse to give it a try. Because of this, I’m going to explain the awesome tools you can find on it.

Aisle Location

You must allow Walmart to access your location to use this function. When you’re at the store, open the Walmart App and the top will turn yellow and say, “Store Assistant.” From here, you can type in the item you’re looking for in the search bar and it will tell you which aisle to find your product.

Also, it will be a quick solution if you’re not sure if Walmart even has what you’re looking for. If it doesn’t pull up under the ‘in your store’ tab, but pulls up under ‘Walmart.com’, then your store does not have that item. Read more

What Does The Word ‘Righteous’ Mean In Hebrew?

tsadaq- to be in the right, be justified, be just, be righteous. This term can be used to describe someone who has received deliverance from condemnation. For example, tsadaq is used 17 times in the book of Job. Another version of this word is a legal term that involves the entire process of judgement. However, it brings a sense of judicial pronunciation of innocence.

You shall not pervert the judgment of your poor in his dispute. Keep yourself far from a false matter; do not kill the innocent and righteous. For I will not justify the wicked.

-Exodus 23:6-7

tsedeq- There’s two forms of this word: feminine (tsedaqah) and tsedeq. Much research has been done regarding these two words and this is the conclusion: one’s relational and the other’s legal. If a man has a faithful relationship with God, it can be described using tsedeq. However, tsedaqah is also used in a relational way in Genesis 30:33. Read more

What comes to mind when you think of the word ‘deliver’? Because of the world we live in today, my mind instantly thinks of pizza. (Yum!) But in the biblical sense, it’s not related to food at all. In fact, the Bible calls the Lord our Deliverer. I can speak from experience, God certainly delivered me from a horrible past. I’ve been delivered from sex addiction, alcohol addiction, a smoking addiction, depression and so much more. (You can read my full testimony here!)

In modern society, the word redeem isn’t very common. Although many people are in debt, they don’t use the word redeem when talking about paying off debt. It seems to be a bit old and out of style. However, it’s a very important word when talking about God. He is truly our Redeemer and has paid an incredible price for us to have a wonderful relationship with Him. Therefore, it’s necessary to take a look at what the definition of this word redeem means in the original Bible languages.

What Does The Word ‘Redeem’ Mean In Hebrew?

ga’al- to deliver, redeem, act as a kinsman, avenge. The basic use of this word had to do with the deliverance of people or things that have been sold for debt. For example, in Leviticus 25:25-26 ga’la is used in such way: . If a poor man sold himself to another Israelite (or even a foreigner among them), then the nearest relative to that man had the responsibility to redeem him (buy him back). The person who redeemed their family member is known as a kinsman. Also, following the ‘eye for an eye’ theory, a redeemer was called the “avenger of blood” when taking on the responsibility of executing his brother’s murderer (found in Deuteronomy 19:6). Read more

In today’s world, hope means something that may or may not happen. We sure hope today would be a good day. Or we hope our spouse washed the dishes before we arrive home. However, the word ‘hope’ in the Bible means something totally different. It calls God ‘the God of hope’. Certainly, the Lord isn’t an undecided being. Instead, He’s extremely trustworthy and can be relied on. When we place our hope in God, we shouldn’t feel unsure of His actions and intentions. Let’s see exactly what the Bible means when it mentions the word ‘hope’.

Meaning Of The Word ‘Hope’ In Hebrew

chacah- to flee for protection; to trust; confide in; to have hope; to make a refuge. This term is used when God is compared to a shield, a rock, or described as one with protective wings.

How The Daniel Plan Changed My Life

The Daniel plan changed my life.

Before I began eating healthy, I truly did not know anything about food and nutrition. I ate whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted. However, one day I was at a new store opening up near my town and I saw a book called, “The Daniel Plan”. I was already interested in learning about psychology and how the body works. Therefore, I decided to buy this book and give it a read.

In the car, I opened it up and began reading. The book instantly sucked me in. The Daniel Plan starts off by Pastor Warren explaining that he was an overweight pastor who neglected his health. Once he realized how much he was destroying his body, he decided to make a change. Although he didn’t expect much support from his congregation, the majority of his church members joined him and dozens were changed.

He teamed up with Dr. Hyman and Dr. Amen to write this book. I absolutely trust their input and sincerity. This book was so amazing and my life will never be the same again after reading it. Here are some key things I learned in this awesome book. Read more

What does worship mean to you? I love to express to God my feelings toward Him and simply remember all that He’s brought me through. I wouldn’t be who I am today if it wasn’t for Him. However, everyone expresses their love for God in different ways. Since Hebrew and Greek words give  a deeper meaning to English words, I thought it would be a great idea to research the word ‘worship’ in these different languages.

The Word ‘Worship’ In Hebrew

There are three different words used for worship in the Old Testament. I’m going to go over each one with you.

cagad- to prostrate oneself. The word prostrate has these following definitions found in the 1828 Noah Webster Dictionary:

1. Lying at length, or with the body extended on the ground or other surface.

2. Lying at mercy, as a supplicant.
