I used to HATE cucumbers. They tasted disgusting to me! However, once I learned all the health benefits of cucumbers I decided to give them another try. I decided to try them in my salad. I’m not going to lie, I had to swallow the chunks whole at first. Seriously, I did not like them. Nonetheless, I kept eating them until one day I no longer had to swallow them whole.
Whenever I dislike a healthy food, I try to focus on all the wonderful health benefits. My health is worth fighting for. Now, I can genuinely say that cucumbers aren’t that bad.
