What are the benefits of drinking coffee?
Coffee is an affordable way to get caffeine into your system. It’s also really healthy for you! Plus, it tastes great! What’s not to love about coffee? To inform more people of the health benefits of coffee, I’ve come up with a list of awesome reasons why drinking coffee every day can be a wonderful idea.
A Bunch of Antioxidants
Scientists have discovered more than 1,000 antioxidants in coffee. Also, it’s loaded with vitamins. It has:
- Thiamine (Vitamin B1)
- Riboflavin (Vitamin B2)
- Niacin (Vitamin B3)
- Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5)
These antioxidants combat inflammation which results in a lowered risk of developing a variety of diseases. On top of that, they regulate insulin levels. Having a healthier amount of insulin leads to a lower amount of uric acid (the lead cause of gout). Coffee is a much better choice than soda or juices filled with high fructose corn syrup. Read more
